We weave this on our floor — not bought from a trading company and resold. Automated Dornier rapier looms, ISO 9001:2015 process control, 30-60 mesh standard range. Ni200 (UNS N02200) for alkaline duty below 80°C. Ni201 (UNS N02201) for hot KOH — the 0.13% carbon difference determines whether your electrodes last 30,000 or 60,000+ hours. Last quarter we shipped 40-mesh plain weave to a German AWE OEM: ±0.008mm aperture tolerance across 1,200m. Every roll ships with EN 10204 3.1 cert (OES chemistry, optical mesh count at 100 points, laser micrometer trace, ASTM E8 tensile) plus a 300mm tail sample. RoHS and REACH included.
